Shipping Policy

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days after you order. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. We are not responsible for stolen packages or delays within the mailing system.

Return Policy

Online purchases are eligible for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After 14 business days, your item cannot be returned. All sale items are not eligible for return and are final sale.

Due to hygiene issues leggings, body suits, bralettes, etc. are final sale only.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. They must have original tags and must be free from smoke, perfume, make up, deodorant, and pet hair.

To start a return, please email us at shopthehippiecow@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will email you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be issued to you.

**Items sent back to us without requesting return information WILL NOT be accepted.**

If you receive an item you believe is damaged, please report the damages within 2 days of receiving the item(s) by emailing us photos of the damage to shopthehippiecow@gmail.com.

**Please note: color variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.**
